APOTHEEK

The Apotheek - the Chemists - in which Lt. Peter White set up his platoon HQ.
DESTROYED HOUSE

The destroyed house - bombed during Operation BLACKCOCK, shortly before the 4th / 5th Battalions of the KOSB entered the Waldfeucht.
SCHNITZEL HOUSE

A prominent building in the town -- a tavern in the main square - which was used as the Battalion HQ for 5KOSB.
THE SCHOOL

Waldfeucht school - now used as the town's museum.
WALDFEUCHT CHURCH

Rebuilt during the 1960s, St. Lambertus Church was partly destroyed during the battle for Waldfeucht.
THE CORNER CAFE

This white building was a cafe during the Second World War. The alley next to it plays a very important part in the battle for Waldfeucht.
